4.3 Any data loss during repair is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise all customers to back up data before submitting devices.
4.4 We are not liable for any pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or manufacturer defects discovered during the repair process.

5. Warranty

5.1 We offer a warranty on parts used in repairs, as communicated at the time of service.
5.2 Warranty covers only the parts replaced and the work carried out by Solutions Uxbridge.
5.3 Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with, physically damaged, or repaired by third parties after our service.

6. Device Storage and Collection

6.1 Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after repair completion may be disposed of or sold to cover service costs.
6.2 We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before any such action is taken.

7. Trade-in and Sales

7.1 Trade-in values are offered based on device condition and current market value.
7.2 All trade-ins require valid proof of ownership.
7.3 Devices sold by Solutions Uxbridge come with warranties as stated at the time of purchase.
